ICESS to open job opportunities for the youth

Youth employment has been a major problem facing the government in Ghana since independence. Successive governments have developed strategies to address the problem but to no avail.

To address the challenge, the Integrated Community Centres for Employable Skills, ICESS have been established at some centres across the country to open up job opportunities.
