Employ intelligent people for teaching under NYEP

Mr. Emmanuel Kuyole of the Ghana National Education Campaign Coalition (GNECC) has suggested the recruitment of highly intelligent people under the National Youth Employment Programme for the Community Education Teaching Assistant Module.
