Fuel prices go up today

Fuel prices in Ghana

On Tuesday fuel prices saw a further increase across the country, dealing a fresh blow to transport operators who have been attempting to adapt to the increase in costs just a few weeks ago.

CediRates, an aggregator of price data, reports price increases for StarOil, Puma and Allied Ghana. Prices of Petrol have increased while Diesel remains untouched or slightly lower.

Currently, petrol is sold in Ghana at an average price of GH¢13.17 per litre. Further price increases are expected and can be tracked in real-time on CediRates Fuel Prices.

The next pricing window for November under the National Petroleum Authority’s regulation on petroleum pricing is set to commence from Wednesday the 1st of May and fuel prices are expected to increase then too.
