E/R: police on manhunt for robbery gang

The Eastern Regional Police Command of the Ghana Police Command has said it is pursuing a gang of six robbers, the police have announced.

The robbers are said to have shot two persons at a mining facility at Asamang Tamfoe in the Eastern Region.

The pursuit is an anti-robbery operation.

It is being led by the Regional Police Commander, George Alex Mensah.
