NDC Not Returning To Overhyped Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo Show' — Sammy Gyamfi

The National Communications Officer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has set the records straight that the party will not beg to reappear on Peace FM’s ‘Kookrokoo’ morning show.

The NDC in May this year announced through a statement that it is boycotting the morning show of the Accra-based radio station while describing the host of the program, Mr. Kwame Sefa Kayi as a dictator over his unfair and unreasonable posture.

Four months on, there are reports suggesting that the main opposition party is pleading for a return on air.

Reacting to the claims, Sammy Gyamfi has through a post on his Facebook page stressed that the boycott still stands.

“For the records, the NDC has never, and will never beg to appear on Peace FM’s Kookrookoo. The Communications Bureau that I lead, has no intentions of ever returning to that show. The NDC brand is far greater than that overhyped platform”, the NDC national communications officer posted.

They can tickle themselves and laugh, but our boycott still stands. Ignore the lies. #BaakoLied
