Chichi Neblett’s ‘Brown Sugar’ Records Successful Premiere 

Actress Chichi Neblett's 'Brown Sugar' (The Wedding) movie registered great numbers at its premiere in Accra at the Silverbird Cinemas.

This comes on the heels of an earlier successful premiere of the film in Liberia, where the actress was born.

A lot of film enthusiasts were at the Silverbird Cinemas at the Accra Mall and West Hills Mall to watch the film. The beautiful actress expressed her gratitude to the fans who showed up in their numbers.

“Thanks to all who came out to support us. It was fun watching 'Brown Sugar' with you all,” she said on Instagram.

'Brown Sugar' is a Bally B & Harochi Production that exposes some of the ills yet-to-be married couples engage in before they finally say 'I do'.

It features some of Africa's amazing actors from Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria and the Gambia.

Among them are IK Ogbonna, Chichi Neblett, Toosweet Annan, Princess Shyngle, Roselyn Ngissah, Beverly Afaglo-Baah, Jay-Pee Labur, Grace Weah and others.

The premiere was held in two sessions – 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm last week with red carpet activity that provided opportunity for the fans to pose with the cast.
