Photos: Bola Ray Returns Home (Joy FM) To Tell His Story

Undoubtedly, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, popularly known as Bola Ray, is one of Ghana’s most celebrated and successful entertainment personalities.

With an inspiring career that spans over two decades, he has distinguished himself as one of the main pillars of the Ghanaian entertainment industry today.

To highlight the numerous successes that he has chalked up, Bola Ray has launched his biography, ‘It is Possible, the Bola Ray Story’ to inspire others.

Penned by journalist, Obed Boafo, the biography brings to life the over two decades of Bola Ray’s personal story, entrepreneurial passions, and contributions to the growth of the entertainment industry in Ghana and Africa in general.

The 320-page memoir captures his extensive career in the music scene and details his business-building journey over the last few years.

Two years in the making, the biography affords the world a candid insight into how the CEO of EIB Network, who was the host of Drive Time on Joy FM for about a decade, rose to become a towering figure in the media scene in and beyond Ghana.

Bola Ray, as part of the media tour for the biography, visited Joy FM Tuesday where he revealed the inspiration behind the book.

“Everything is possible. I believe that in life you have to keep that sense of having that positive drive, attitude and mentality as well so that is what this book captures. It tells the story from nobody to somebody – from nowhere to somewhere,” he told Kojo Yankson in an interview on the Super Morning Show.

Stressing that “we all have books in us,” Bola Ray said the ultimate aim of his book is to inspire people to “go out there, strive for it above average and beyond ordinary and be outstanding in what you do.”

“Let’s not get to the finish line,” he encouraged people to work harder and help others to achieve success.

As part of activities to inform and inspire the public about the book, Bola Ray will hit the road with the ‘Possibility Tour’. The tour will see him visit about 80 schools across the country.

He will also have an ‘Evening with Bola Ray’ where he will meet and mentor 30 CEOs under 30.
