MUSIGA Drops Peace Song

The Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) has finally has released a peace song ahead of the November 7 general elections.

The song, produced by Rev Dr Thomas Yawson and Appietus for MUSIGA, with support from STAR-Ghana, forms part of MUSIGA's project dubbed 'Using Music As A Tool For Cohesive Nation Building during Election 2016'.

The peace song advises Ghanaians to conduct themselves appropriately and put Ghana first in what they do during the election so as to ensure peace is sustained in the country.

The song also calls on the country's politicians to ensure that Ghanaians continue to enjoy peace during and after the elections.

It urges all the politicians to do everything possible to ensure peace reigns and Ghana becomes victorious in the upcoming elections.

The blend of musicians who featured on the peace song include Dr Knii Lante, Iwan, Nero X, Sherifa Gunu, Ras Kuuku, Gasmilla, Adane Best, Chizzy Wailer, Rev Dr Yawson, Black Rasta, Don Itchie, among others.
