Entertainment Should Bring To Light The People's Plight - Ray Moni

The entertainment industry is a very power industry when it comes to getting the peoples'attention. In Ghana the entertainment seems to be mostly acting on only getting the peoples' attention but doing little to talk about their problems or highlight the corruption in the systems.

And it looks like the young entrepreneur and CEO of Phizile Entertainment, Ray Moni, has the same sentiments about the entertainment industry when we spoke to him.

Talking about the role of the entertainment industry in the country and the life of the people ,this what he had to say;

"The Ghanaian entertainment industry over the years has done a lot to entertain the Ghanaian people, but i think they should do more by highlighting the plight of the people and get leadership to tackle them.

"I mean the political, religious leaders and developers must know the struggles and what the people are really going through and through our songs,movies and artwork they will know".

"Some celebrities in the past have done their best to talk about the people’s plight which I commend but more can be done"
