Teacher Training Colleges Sports Festival Opens

The fifth annual Inter-Teacher Training Colleges Sports festival for Western and Central Regions, has opened at Komenda training College park in the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abeem District of the Central Region.

Participating schools were SDA, Holy Child, Enchi, OLA, Komenda and Fosu Training Colleges.

Addressing the sportsmen and women, the Regional Minister, Mr. Isaac Edumadze, advised the athletes to stay away from hard drugs to stimulate themselves into action and said the only way to enhance performance was through effective training.

The District Chief Executive on behalf of the assembly, supported the festival with two million cedis.
