The NDC Has No Locus To Demand Disciplinary Action Towards Otiko Djaba And Bugri Naabu

Feature Article The NDC Has No Locus To Demand Disciplinary Action Towards Otiko Djaba And Bugri Naabu
MAY 11, 2017 LISTEN

The Minority in Parliament demanding an immediate disciplinary action from President Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo towards Gender Minister, Otiko Afisa Djaba and the NPP Northern Regional Chairman, Bugri Naabu is quite unfortunate. Especially referring to what happened between the Gender Minister and the Regional Chairman as posing a veritable threat to the country 's democracy and good governance.

What disciplinary action was taken against Rachel Appoh and Nana Oye Lithur when they were insulting each other during the time NDC was in government. The Minority must not forget when they rewarded Oti Bless with the appointment as a Deputy Minister. What has the NDC Minority in Parliament done to Mahama Ayariga who brought the Parliament of Ghana into shame by making unsubstantiated allegation against the First Deputy Speaker, Minority Chief Whip, and the Energy Minister. The NDC as a party, encourages it's appointees who insults and said all kind of things about prominent personalities in Ghana. Ghanaians have not forgotten babies with sharp teeths like Okudzeto Ablakwa, Sam George, Ofosu Kwakye, Kofi Adams, Koku Anyidoho, etc.

Ghanaians never heard from the NDC Minority during the time their party was in government when the brother of Collins Dauda was bragging of killing people. Many NDC politicians have made spurious against their own kind concerning the death of the late President Mills. Yaw Boateng Gyan, the former National Organiser of the NDC charged he was going to mention names. Who paid attention to that under the NDC government.

Anyway, the NDC Minority in Parliament has no locus to demand an immediate disciplinary action from the President against the Gender Minister and the Regional Chairman. The NDC main plan is to bug down this administration, and they are not interested in the well-being of Ghanaians. But they are too nuisance in the country and making themselves unattractive. Ghanaians are wide awake and tied with the politics of propaganda, and will never forget the hardship they went through under the NDC government.

The NPP government is working around the clock to make the people happy, and Ghanaians haven't regretted a bit for voting NPP to power. They are satisfied with everything the government is doing and they have hope and believe in the NPP. The expectations of Ghanaians are very high with the backdrop of our campaign promises and the abysmal performance of the previous NDC administration. The people of Ghana are supporting the NPP government by their economic healthiness, sensitivity for the citizens, compassion and good policies to move the country forward.
