Voters In Talensi Rejected The NDC
10.07.2015 LISTEN

Even though B T Baba of the Ndc won the Talensi by-election with 42.31 percent of the votes cast,57.69 percent of the Talensi voters voted against him. This is a clear proof that majority of voters rejected the Ndc. They came out to vote for the opposition parties. It is not surprised the Ndc winning the election. The Ndc government and party adopted the strategy of vote buying, intimidation and violence.

The tax payers money and resources that are meant for development of the country was used and shared among themselves to win the election. The Ndc officials and government appointees are so prejudiced and bias to the extent that any bad thing that is done by party members is supported. President John Mahama and the Ndc can only use violence and intimidation, because the government is a failure. The Ndc has always opted for aberrant ways of winning elections.

The Chief Peace Officer or Interior Minister, Mark Woyonko who is to ensure internal security, law and order is now helping to institutionslize lawlessness and violence all in our electoral processes. The Interior Minister in an interview on Ultimate FM in Kumasi mentioned that violence begets violence. Its a surprise at the inability of the Police to make any arrest. The police impounded weapons from vehicles and the Azorka militia holding AK 47 guns and ammunition causing violence infront of state securities and nobody tried to restrained them, because they have strong backing of the Ndc government.

The German branch of the Npp was impressed of our party members who worked on the frontline of the Talensi by-election, risking life in the process, the party could never have had better advocates and warriors like you. You did a fantastic job. Standing up to the mighty weight of the entire state that was unleashed on behalf of the Ndc killer squads, and the shameless vote buying couldn't have asked for a better team. We are proud of you, especially our Presidential candidate Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo, National Officers, our Members of Parliament, Regional, Constituency, and Polling

Station Executives.
Ghanaians must not allow this Talensi situation become the norm.If the Talensi by-election is indeed a yardstick for or forecast of what is to happen in the Presidential election of

the 2016 general elections as President John Mahama characterised it,then Mahama and the Ndc will fail.
