GRAND CONSPIRACY-WA EAST DCE

Congratulations on your excellent display of skills, you have done it again. A meeting was organized by the constituency dubbed “new year get-to-gather of wa east expanded constituency executive committee ridiculously in Wa Municial How do you organise one constituency meeting in another. The wa east DCE Ameen Salifu together with his cronies thus the Constituency chairman and secretary, giving the mandate drew a restricted program to cover the occasion and made speakers to give their addresses as if there was nothing happening in the Ameen Salifu lead administration. They hypocritically rewarded some few sychohants for their loyalty to the DCE and his mischievous and diabolical cause. The meeting ended abruptly when a leading member of the Party opted to leave the meeting after being denied the chance to contribute in the discussion and the DCE conspicuously instructed one of his brothers once again to assault a party member who attempted also walking out of the meeting. This has been the DCE's style, he is found of inciting people against others percieved to not to be toing his line.

This have vindicated actions of the DCE when sometime march Last year he instructed his brothers to brutalize an auditor in Wa and later turned back to falsely get innocent persons arrested for they belong to NPP and therefore have no right to life. Just to exhibit his revengeful traits.

The DCE was preventing newsmen away from certain facts which were already on the public domain not to be reported further. This is when he stole the Assemblies Grader to his personal project site at Wa West District, thus Wechiau-Dabo road. He secretly went back to pick diesel from the assemblies fund to fuel the grader apparently a contractor working on roads in the district 1. Wa-Bulenga-Ducie road 2. Bulenga-Katoa road and 3. Wahabu- Kundugu road had hired and paid for the use of the grader but it was taken stolen by the DCE from the contractor's site at Yaala. When the Tally card was released he (DCE) rushed to confront the contractor's brother at the Controller and Accountant Department Regional Offices. He later went back to the family of the contractor after being adviced by the Regional controller boss and put the matter before them. They were frank to tell him what he did was wrong so he went back the the Accountant at the filling station to pay the money and for cancellation on the Tally card but wasn't possible due to auditors procedure.

In his ergo to get this solved in his favour he employed the tactics of conniving with the Regional guard to threaten the accountant at the filling station that they were going to employ footsoldiers to come for him. The Regional chairman who is the uncle to the DCE asked him to send the Grader to his site at Wahabu- Kadjikperi road in the Nadowli district and for him to see who cuffs for he has an issue with one of the contractors brother. The Regional chairman affirm his actions and said to some concern youth in the district who reported the matter to the Regional Minister and some other stakeholders including himself that no one can remove the DCE from office “ when it in his favour its good when it is not in his favour it's bad” wanting heaven to break loose.

A private radio station had the concern citizens of wa east in an interview and the DCE in his response was quick to mention that he was'nt a contractor but he could not tell you was for that project and ignorantly added that he has'nt any idea of concern citizens in the district. But most importanly he could no deny all the allegations levelled against him. He was only good at mentioning project undertaken by the Regional Executive of the party as his achievements, one of which is the boreholes in the district.

He pledged to be at the station to defend some of the allegations on Saturday but never showed up, meanwhile when the concern citizens attempted getting back to the station the regional chairman called them not to give them the chance. Showing supremacy and power over the vulnerable electorates, leaving us to the mercy of only good and positive thinkers to reason for. “It is only a fool that will have a snake in his house but will cry out loud for support but to silently die for the fear of being bitten”. What is it that the president wants this bogger to do to us again befor e he whips. The main purpose of that meeting was to behave as if there was nothing going on in the district, just to cover the DCE and others. So that pressmen could report positively about the DCE, meanwhile he could not organise the meeting in any of the commmunities with this rot.

These Gorrilla tactics never started today, it emanated from the very day Ameen Salifu after causing confusion in London he dropped in Ghana with;

1. Shirts to give to party executives to get him the Wa central slot but it was not possible

2. He went back and rebranded himself for Wa East, claiming he comes from Goripie, one of his uncles came to mention that he gave birth to Ameen Salifu but he is not from Goriie, we did not take him serious

3. His arrogance started when the Regional Executives connived with him to cheat current Regional Minister during the primaries. The same way when Hon. Godfred B. Tangu took the Wa east out of vengeance and personal shame over the things he said to Tangu before elections said he was being cheated by the Electoral commission and for that matter he was shooting for court but failed to pursue it.

4. He repackaged himself to claim deputy ministerial position when NDC won the elections , he lost that and came back to pick the DCE's position to compensate him. When his name came up for confirmation with the mafia that was taken their results were turned upside-down to favour him.

5. Assembly members petitioned but the Regional Minister and the parties' executives threw the petition overboard; because they want a 100% confirmation of DCE'S in the region.
