Ghana midfielder Gershon Koffie has joined New England Revolution from Vancouver Whitecaps.
24-year-old Koffie can fill the hole left by Jermaine Jones, whose contract expired at the end of last season and who remains at a standstill in talks over a new deal.
The move also comes after the Revs' latest designated player signing Xavier Kouassi suffered a major knee injury while playing for FC Sion in Switzerland last weekend
