According to them the behaviour is against the constitution and warned that anybody caught in the act would be dealt with severely.
This was made known at a monthly meeting of Municipal and Chief Executives at Breman Asikuma, which took stock of their past activities and their plans for the coming months.
It was also aimed at formulating strategies and policies to accelerate developmental projects in their respective areas.
Addressing the conference, Mr Samuel Obodai, Deputy Central Regional Minister, called for total collaboration among the Chief Executives, Civil and Public Servants, adding that, without this, no meaningful development programme could take place.
Mr Obodai appealed to Civil and Public servants, whom he described as technocrats, to contribute their quota towards the socio-economic development of the country.
Mr Emmanuel Adjei Domson, DCE for Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa, enumerated the number of projects that had been undertaken in the district during the New Patriotic Party regime.
He mentioned the construction of new school blocks, toilet facilities, the Tarring of roads in the three Traditional capitals of the district as some of the projects being undertaking.
Mr Richard Adabor, Municipal Chief Executive for Upper Denkyira East, assured the various departments and institutions in the region, of their readiness to assist them to work effectively to improve production.
