Accra, Aug. 28, GNA - Mr Leeford Kpakpo Quarshie, a National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary aspirant for Korley Klottey on Thursday picked nomination forms in Accra.

The aspirant who lost two chances of becoming a member of parliament (MP) in 2004 and 2012 is trying his luck again.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency later, Mr Quarshie said he is the people's choice because they have seen in him traits of good leadership acumen.

He said when given the nod as MP, he would ensure that opportunities are created for the youth to educate themselves and those that do not have jobs are offered gainful employment.

Mr Quarshie, who successfully went through the vetting, appealed to the people to vote massively for him and the NDC during the 2016 general election.
