A known activist for flagbearer aspirant Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen has been arrested in Kpando in the Volta region for attempting to vote while possesing two ballot papers in the NPP delegates congress.
The arrest was made 20 minutes to the 3:00pm voting deadline.
Lloyd Dzabe who is a constituency youth organizer was spotted by an electoral officer having two ballot papers while approaching the ballot box.
He is currently being interrogated by the police in the company of the constituency chairman.
