Kennedy Agyapong Must be Called to Order

We the members of the Patriotic Youth for Change.( PYC),have come across a very dangerous, ethnocentric, divisive, senseless and baseless accusations, leveled against Ex-Prez. J.A Kuffuor and Mr. Kwadwo Okyere Mpiani and the entire Asante nation, the biggest support base of the NPP, by the MP for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong.

He included Mr.Kofi Dzametsi, and accused them of plotting ill for the party to loose the 2016 elections, should Akuffu Addo become the flagbearer, and pave way for their preferred candidate in 2020,which we all know it's a mere propaganda known as "divide and rule tactics".

In our opinion, we deem it very necessary to teach this man some human senses, for he has become an albatross for party and it's future and current progression.

This is not the first time he has come out with such shameful, dirty and uncivilized statement. In 2012, he did his worse, by calling Akans to slaughter Ewes and Gas. He later said at Georgia hotel in Kumasi, that Ewes,Ga-Adagme,Brong -Ahafos, Northerners, Fantis and most of the coastal dwellers are uncivilized for voting for Prof. Mills. He added that, if Akuffu Addo becomes president, they would be thought a lesson, together with the Zongos.Recently,he said on Kessben fm in Kumasi that, Ashantis are fools for allowing the NDC to get more votes in their region. This political caricature has made numerous derogatory remarks on other tribes and prominent chiefs, which is weakening the party's grounds.

Now, about the current misbehaviors at the party office in Accra, this "misfortune" has opened his beak and caught out some of his dirty remarks again, insulting several prominent personalities like Prez.Kuffuor, Mr. Mpiani and Dr. Richard Anane.

As concerned NPP faithful and proud Ewes,Asantes,Brong/Ahafos,Northerners,Ga-Adagmes etc,who live peacefully together with training to respect our elders, we will not sit unconcerned and watch this unchanging, divisive and arrogant man to dent the images of our precious J.A Kuffuor, Mr.Mpiani and Mr. Kofi Dzametsi, for we know they have no clue on his false accusations.

We all know Prez. Kuffuor has been of tremendous help to our party in both 2008 and 2012 election/campaigns, which was confirmed by Akuffu Addo himself recently.

As of Mr. Mpiani, we know his financial support of our party, since it's formation in 1992.He has no negative agendas against anyone and the party, as claimed by this self-acclaimed financier of NPP. Mr. Mpiani have every right to support any aspirant of his choice. Which we know he has kept it secret as the party constitution demands. In the case of Mr. Dzametsi, he can support whoever he wish to support, since it's against no law just as others have openly declared their stands. He and his tribe need not to be insulted by Kennedy.

We cannot let him go free, because he has become addicted to divisive and ethnocentric

comments, which is driving potential voters out of our party.

Before we conclude, we have certain sensible questions to ask this self acclaimed billionaire of our time;

1.He is from the central region, what is he doing to help the NPP to regain the region we had won convincingly before the candidature of his master and lord,Akuffu Addo ?

2. If Asantes and Ewes are anti Akuffu Addo as he claims,why are Dr.Addo Kuffuor,Dr.Amoako Tuffuor,Kofi Jumah,F.F Antoh,Hopeson Adorye and many Asante MPs campaigning for him ?

3. Is it a crime for not supporting Akuffu Addo?
4. Would he ever use Kuffuor's achievements to chastise the NDC government ?

5. What are his evidences in support of his numerous agendas against others,including 2012,2016 and now agenda 2020 ?

It's about time he and his likes stop this hypocritical "divide and rule tactics" before they destroy our party.

We urge all Ghanaians to treat these baseless statements from arrogant and a political caricature like Kennedy Agyapong with contempt.

Long live Ghana, long live NPP.
