SSAHAQUE SULEMAN ( SULEGA) CPP WA CENTRAL PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATE FOR 2012 A PROJECT MANAGER AT REMCO LTD.

I wish help my people with the cpp government in office and as a member of parliament deliver to my people the following six point agenda.

EDUCATION
Every child of school going age born in Ghana, resident in Wa must be given the first right to quality education from Basic through Secondary to Tertiary education and must have access to jobs they can do to improve their lives and contribute to the development of Wa central constituency, the municipality and Region at large.

The (idea of who you know and who knows you) before one gains admission into public schools of higher learning must be discouraged. If statistics indicate that majority of our people are poor, why can't we fight for government attention to most of our people to have access to quality education but eradicate completely the era of protocol list and others?this menace affects only the northerners more especially, upper west and Wa for that matter. We would

Set up an educational endowment fund to support NGO.S in taking care of the educational needs of some of our people who are poor and cannot afford to go to school.

INSPIRATIONAL AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP

The youth (men and women) which forms a greater percent of the population needs to be inspired to belong to a nation with national core values. To have the mental psyche of moving to greater highs in various fields of endeavors.

Change the attitudes of over dependence on politicians and others but stands up to face the challenges of life to move to become successful entrepreneurs and also help others as well as put our destiny in our own hands.

Liaise with the National Youth Authority to get their module youth parliament extended to all electoral areas in the Municipality with the support of the Assemblyman.

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND MOTIVATION
Recruit young person's who has distinguished themselves in their field of studies or operations irrespective of their political, Religious or ethnic affiliations into assisting or providing them with the requisite skills, experience and materials for excellence.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
The women in the municipality are the bread winners of their families, most especially during the off season in most of our homes. They engage in so many small scale businesses, tomata selling, magi and others.

Source funding from financial institutions with the support of the National Board for Small Scale Industries to get capital boost up in form of loan to market women.

SOCIAL JUSTICE
Wa municipal needs to have multi-facet groups of inhabitants not for divisions but for recognition and sense of belonging for broader union of well meaning residents of Wa for a platform to discuss issues of administration, social and economical importance.

WA HOME COMING SUMMIT must be instituted and all stakeholders must be on deck.

INSTITUTIONS
How many of our people are in any of the employment institutions and or educational institutions in our place, this do not suggest that we condone with politics of ethnocentrism but to give equal, fair and balanced to the ordinary people and for representation at all levels, so as to bring governance to the door step of people. We shall advocate for the involvement of the Wala people in our institutions which are there to benefit the people.
