It was sometime in 2009 or late 2010 (I'm not sure) when a young Senior High School guy, probably aged between 17 and 21, came to a place I used to work to print something from a pen drive. I opened the document and cringed at what he wanted me to print. It was a close to 200 pages document titled: 'How to become a Satanist.'

I was like, 'what the hell?' And where was this guy coming from. From a home where the parents are the most morally/religiously bankrupt on earth? Or, he comes from a decent family but isn't interested in living the decent life? And he wants to become a Satanist?!

What for?!

Well, I didn't ask him. I COULDN'T! Also, I didn't print the demonic document for him. I told him a white liethat the printer was not working. He smiled slyly and left with his demonic tail between his demonic legs.

Good riddance, I thought.

Another day saw another guy (this time a grown up) with a suspicious looking friend coming in to print the same thing. Told them printer wasn't working and they kept itsaved on their USB.

Looking at this middle aged man who was speaking top-notch, rapid fire English; I was like:'it takes a highly educated person to believe in Satan and his demonic existence?!'

How I wished I could get these two guys to talk to an atheist friend of mine. This friend of mine, a clever lady, does not believe in the existence of a God, Gods, or spirits. To be plain and precise, she DOES NOT believe in the existence of the spiritual realm.

And her arguments and personality fascinates me at times and makes me wonder: it takes a stupidly-outrageous-intellect to believe in the non-existence of God? Yes.

Compare it with the message of salvation and belief in God. Christ dying to save mankind is such a simple doctrine that it doesn't require professorial intellect to understand it. No wonder, the Bible talks about such a simplicity in Christ. That's the beauty of the gospel as against the grotesque, ugliness of Satanism (not Satan himself--as modern depictions or pictures of him will have you think).

Why anyone will believe in the existence of Satan; I can understand, but becoming a Satanist? I can't for the life of me figure out why someone will desire to be that.

Application to become a member of the church of Satan? Good heavens!
