A husband and wife who were found dead in their Tottenham home died from multiple deep cuts to their bodies, an inquest can reveal.

Naomi Asante, 46, who was discovered with her husband in Loxwood Road on May 21, suffered multiple incised cuts to her chest.

Her 48-year-old husband Kenneth Asante was found with incised wounds to the neck.

At this stage, it is believed the deep wounds were made using a sharp object.

Police currently believe the couple died after a domestic incident.

The inquest, which was opened and adjourned on May 28, will reopen on August 23.
