The man with pen and melody

Though Tanvir Tareq is journalist by profession, but music is very much in his blood since childhood. Music composition of talented, young, handsome and genuine Tanvir's latest musical album 'KAHATAK' is now nearly finished. Tanvir and his team are seen spending busy hours at 'Celebrity Soundlab' studio, giving final touch to the music track of the songs for this new album.

Singers of 'KAHATAK' are Closeup Musical Show contestants Mahadi, Mehrab, Kishore, Pulok and of course, music director of the album Tanvir Tareq.

Commenting on the album, Tanvir Tareq said, “I have excellent relations with all the singers of the Closeup reality show. But, this is for the first time, I have teamed up with them in my next album.”

He said, “all of the [Closeup Musical Show contestants] are brilliant singers. Many of them have even attained celebrity status in the country with their songs. It is really a great delight working with this batch of talents.”

Tanvir Tareq is coming with his new album, almost after a pause of two years. Meanwhile, the cover design of the album has been completed and now Tanvir is discussing with various audio companies to finalize the banner to release this album. Commenting on this, Tanvir Tareq said, “I have good relations with all the leading audio companies in Bangladesh. And I know all of them will show interest in releasing this album. I personally have spoken to a number of companies, and hopefully this issue of finalizing the banner will be competed by first week of July.”

Tanvir Tareq in his profession life is working as the head of Cultural Page of Bangladesh's leading vernacular daily newspaper The Ittefaq. He also is continuing as the anchor of the most popular celebrity show on Ekushey Television [ETV], named 'Media Gossip'.

Couple of songs of 'AKAHATAK' album has already been broadcast on local FM radio station named Radio Today in its unreleased album category. These songs have already been well accepted by the listeners.

Tanvir Tareq is also planning to begin the work of the solo album of most popular Bangladeshi singer Subir Nandi. Composition of the songs of this album will be by Tanvir Tareq, while lyrics will be from a number of leading lyricists in the country. Tanvir hinted that, once KAHATAK's launching is completed, he will get back on music track of the solo album of Subir Nandi.

Subir Nandi has attained highest appreciation in Bangladesh and abroad for his extremely melodious voice. He has been singing for past few decades. A number of songs of Subir Nandi attained huge popularity amongst the Bangla speaking people in the world.
