The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has confirmed that one of its vice chairmen, Dr. Ekwow Spio Gabrah , was soliciting for funds on behalf of the party but denies he used the party's letterhead for his fund raising.
The Chronicle's independent checks have also confirmed that Spio used his personnel letterhead and not that of the party.
