Former Central Regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Francis Ejaku Donkoh, has issued a plea to all Ghanaians to lend their support to the Electoral Commission (EC) in ensuring that the 2024 general election is conducted freely, fairly, and peacefully.

Addressing supporters of the NPP in Mankessim on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, Mr. Donkoh urged all eligible Ghanaians aged 18 and above to participate in the upcoming Limited Voters registration exercise from May 7th to May 27th. He emphasized the importance of adhering to electoral laws and cautioned against multiple registrations, which are prohibited.

Mr. Donkoh stressed the need for a credible voters' register that would garner acceptance from all political parties, underscoring the collective responsibility to uphold the integrity of the electoral process.

Additionally, he urged voters to throw their support behind Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, citing him as the best candidate capable of improving lives, implementing free Senior High School education, enhancing healthcare, and generating employment opportunities for the country's youth.

Calling upon NPP supporters to actively engage in grassroots campaigning, Mr. Donkoh emphasized the importance of every individual assuming the role of a campaigner to secure more votes for the party. He cautioned against complacency, emphasizing the necessity of hard work to ensure victory in the 2024 elections.
