Strategizing what is necessary to support the growing generations of Africans that will define the building of the Africa of the future. The considerations of doing away with travel visas, having to carry documents to travel from one African nation to the other is being considered in changing colonial tactics to limit how Africans can collectively collaborate, connect, network and unify for a stronger and free Africa. The future of a Wakanda nation (Black Panther 2022), but on a continental scale is possible.

Technology opened digital doors for collaboration and cooperation, where Africans can apply digital tools that are unlimited and unrestricted in accessing information, networking and engaging collaborations, building communities of strength and knowledge.

"I believe in the complexity of the human story, and that there's no way you can tell that story in one way and say, 'this is it.' Always there will be someone who can tell it differently depending on where they are standing ... this is the way I think the African (world’s) stories should be told: from many different perspectives." Chinua Achebe Africa is the youngest and fastest growing society globally, not far behind is India/Pakistan, what is put into African youth, teens and young adults now will help determine the influence Africa will have as a contributor of how the earth is nurtured.

“Africans must adapt their mind and actions. The keys to building the continent will depend on the willpower, persistent effort, and action towards self-liberation.” Lailah Gifty Akita

The growing role of education as the engine of economic change for Africa has more value and importance because of the implementation of technology creatively. Bringing equitability to boys and girls in learning and building classrooms to build cultures of learning, exploration, discovery, innovation, and creativity.

Technology contains platforms for change, helping Africans to pivot to meet the challenges of the times, adapting the needs to solve social issues, employment challenges, medical needs and issues that require new ideas and innovation. Technological advances, that includes STEAM+M (Science Technology Engineering Arts Math + Metaverse) is able to transform the thinking of generations of Africans. To build critical and creative thinkers, shape visionaries that see the importance of collaboration across the continent, not competition.

Schools and classrooms should be building cultures of learning that show the world that

Africa is fundamental to global progress. Africa is moving in the direction that it needs to be relevant, influencial and sustainable in a world of algorithms and data streams.

As a teacher and business owner teaching in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Uganda in areas of AI, VR, STEAM+M, (Artificial Intelligence) VR (Virtual Reality), Metaverse (immersive environments). The action is happening with blending of cultures, genders, and generations.

The continued influence of Africa will depend on how the educational system adapts and blends across curriculums, academic levels, and infrastructures to connect technologies. The integration of multiple technological elements allows for project-based learning, cross-curricular engagements and building learning leaders that serve as examples of how education can be successful. Success can be observed across genders, cultures,

generations, and economics across the African continent. What needs to happen is to inspire African teachers and ICT programs to embrace a future of careers that are powered by knowledge, innovation and applying technology. To dream and think past where they are now, to see new opportunities and new directions for their life. The upcoming WordPress in Education Showcase is an example of the blending of education, technology, business, and entrepreneurialism.

The collaboration of technology, education, business, commerce, and innovation can open doors that Africans can virtually walk through like the WordPress in the Education Showcase ( https://tinyurl.com/3abb44ke ) then apply skills that provide economic stability.

“Instead of teaching African children about Napoleon or Shakespeare, teach them about Biko, Nkrumah, Sallasie, Annan, Achebe, Soyinka, Ngugi, etc.” Henry Johnson Jr.

In today's rapidly evolving world that is influenced by tech, the collaboration between technology and education is proving to be a life-changer for African youth, teenagers, and young adults.

This powerful synergy, evolving ecosystems are breaking down barriers and opening doors to a brighter future for whole African communities. The potential is inspiring and encouraging for millions of youths in elementary to high schools across the continent. Access to quality education has often been a challenge in many parts of Africa. But, thanks to technology, educational resources and teachers that are mentored and trained, becoming more accessible to resources that inspire learning not making learning based on memorization and testing.

Technology across Africa is the bridge between education, business, employment, and entrepreneurialism. African youth, teens and young adults face either being unemployable, underemployed, or struggling to learn the skills to be employed because they do not have the funds to continue their education past the elementary level.

Companies like MetaverseWP ( https://metaversewp.com ) have sponsored over 400 African youth and teens to attend WordCamp technology conferences. To learn web development, building metaverse sites, graphic design, video editing, coding, and programming. More companies can contribute building the value of African lives and futures.

“There is no institution more powerful than the institution of your mind. The real battle happens there. Once you change your mindset, you can achieve anything.” Naide P Obiang

The collaboration of technology and education also nurtures innovation and entrepreneurship, Africans are the most entrepreneurial of the worlds’ demographic from 12 to 30 yrs of age.

Africa has the youngest population in the world, with 70% of sub-Saharan Africa under the age of 30 ( https://tinyurl.com/2uzh4ubr ) United Nations.

The need to be creative, innovative, imaginative, and intelligent are key tools that build digital leaders. There is the inspiration of Africans to be creative, innovative, discoverers, explorers and thought leaders. With access to online resources, young Africans can explore their creative potential, develop tech startups, and contribute to their local economies. The tech growth is not a boom, trend, nor a fad. It is permanent, and progressive across Africa. It is not only creating jobs but also encouraging self-employment and small business growth. The tech boom is not even close to its potential to change a continent that is the second largest on the planet Earth.

In conclusion, the fusion of technology and education is not only empowering learning experiences, but also creating unprecedented career opportunities for African youth. It's equipping them with the skills, knowledge, talents, and mindsets to embrace a brighter future,

working out of poverty, girls and women being able to take care of themselves and their families. Women and girls making vital contributions to the African workforce and their local communities growing out of poverty, financial struggle, building political empowerment, and building educational success, and a brighter future for the whole community, the cities and across the continent.
