The Functioning Boss And Leader Of Every Community Church Is The Holy Spirit Of God

As such all raising matters in the church are subject to the Word and authority of God (Jesus Christ). God has dealt with everything in His Holy Bible, if followed, and critically studied.

Ethical issues are wrapped in what the apostles stated ie "everything that is right, proper, required, and good, should be the pursuit of the physical support (elders)of the Lord's Spirit",his or her particular position or function, or ministry.

Cor. 12: 14-30; Eph.4:7-16 : even this vividly explained is often misinterpreted and abused by certain ones in the local or community churches). I can not say much about the private sector church which does not belong to Christ.

These private sector churches are often ruled, and lead by organisational style management and ownership.

However the coordination of the Body of Jesus Christ is the move by or under the authority of the Holy Spirit.

So, this is how it works, when one member functions, he/she

moves“straight forward” to fulfill his/her given gifts by the Spirit thus function, and the other members accommodates him/her by moving in the same direction, some moving “backwards” and others moving “sideways”. Does anyone lacks wisdom and so understanding?

One will recall Paul coming down to the beginners level so that he will win them to appreciate our submission to God and the church. Which at the same time encourages them to learn.

According to the vision of the four living creatures, the coordination of the believers as members of the Body of Christ results in the corporate expression of Christ.

This is in response to the move of God on earth, and in the administration of God on the throne, thus affording God a way to manifest His glory and accomplish His eternal purpose and plan.

In order to participate in such coordination, we need to have the spiritual experiences and the practical living symbolised by the details in vvs 4-12.

The living creatures' following the Spirit indicates that in order to have the genuine coordination, we need to deny ourselves and walk by the Spirit ( Gal.5:16, 25 ) and not by our efforts and tenets.
