one of the contestants The contestants of this year's edition of Stars of the Future will today, Friday, celebrate the life of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, by performing some of his hit-songs at the National Theatre in Accra.

The contestants will mount the stage one after the other to perform songs like Thriller, Dangerous, The Way You Make Me Feel, Black Or White, Bad And They Don't Care About Us, Human Nature among others.

During a visit to the SOF house, BEATWAVES witnessed the contestants, their music director and the band busily rehearsing not only the songs that have kept the world dancing for generations but the slides, twirls and turns that are synonymous with Michael.

Tonight, it will be fun to watch Bertha, Luigi, Akosua, Lillian, Pearl, Enoch, Christian Rose, Nyaneba and Daniel as they labour through the electric boggie and the moonwalk dance.

The audience who will gather at the National Theatre this evening will surely enjoy themselves watching the 10 contestants perform live on stage. What is required of them however is their votes.

The text lines are open all week and everyone is encouraged to send the name of their favorite to the short code 1750 on MTN and all other networks.

Stars of the Future is a Charterhouse event with sponsorship from MTN and supported my Coca Cola, Somovision and Castle Milk Stout.
