While the management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko are seriously searching for technical director to support head coach Michael Osei to end the season successfully, Nzema Kotoko head coach Mallam Yahaya has put the icing on the cake by saying the job is herculean for his colleague.
According to Mallam Yahaya, Michael Osei is a good coach but not all good coaches have confidence to handle clubs like Kotoko or Hearts.
'Michael is a good coach but not all good coaches can handle Kotoko or Hearts. Such clubs need a coach full of confidence and can endure pressure,' Mallam Yahaya told Kyzz FM.
Michael guided the team to the second position after the first round taking over from Duncan when the team was last in the league.
But the former New Edubiase assistant coach seems to lack ideas to sustain the team at the second position and better still top the table.
The development has compelled the management of the club to seek for the assistance of a technical director to support him and names like Malik Jabir have popped up.
But the former King Faisal head coach, Mallam Yahaya keeps arguing that Michael Osei needs someone like him to execute the Kotoko coaching job to perfection.
