The Ghana League Clubs Association has agreed to allow the Premier League continue despite the unresolved dispute between Tema Youth and the Ghana Football Association.
This was after the Premier League members met on Thursday to look at the repercussions of the impending case.
Some were calling for the league to suspended before the case is re-heard as ordered by the Court of Arbitration of Sports.
But they have resolved to wait until after the end of the current season.
"We are not going to stop the league at this juncture. There's the need to continue with the league while the legal committee of the GFA handles the CAS verdict involving the Tema Youth case," GHALCA chairman Kudjoe Fianoo told Happy FM.
"We've just started the discussions with our members and so we don't want to put too much pressure on the FA, but if there's a delay in the ruling we will call for speedy solution and therefore we'll not give any timeline for now."
