Ex-Asante Kotoko trainer Hans Dieter Schmidt has, in an exclusive chat with GHANAsoccernet.com revealed his greatest moment in Ghana as a coach.
The German trainer says his greatest moment in Ghana as a coach was when he met the Life Patron of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
He describes the moment as a lifetime historical occasion.
'I had a good time in Ghana. The people are lovely and they are always hospitable.
'But my greatest moment was when I met the King. Yes Otumfuo Osei Tutu II. He is aa great king. The people love him and I also love him,' Dieter Schmidt said.
Dieter Schmidt, popularly known as 'Ab3nkwan' was in charge of Kotoko when they lost the CAF Confederations Cup to bitterest rivals Accra Hearts of Oak at the Kumasi Sports Stadium on penalties in 2005.
