Six Ghanaian players have been nominated for this year's Major League Soccer All-Star ballot.

Portland Timbers goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey, Chicago Fire striker David Accam, Patrick Nyarko of DC United, Dominic Oduro of Montreal Impact, Colmbus Crew defender Harrison Afful and Sam Lloyd of New Yoirk Red Bulls made the lot.

The online fan ballot consists of 160 players (eight per team in the MLS) that were nominated by media members.

Fans can vote for 10 players - a goalkeeper, three defenders, four midfielders and two forwards to be in the 2016 MLS-All Star team.
