MAY 29, 2016 LISTEN

Leicester City midfielder cum defender Jeffrey Schlupp arrived to Aylesbury Crown Court in his blacked-out Lamborghini to fork out the £5,000 fee.

Andrew Osei-Seribour, a former semi-professional footballer who played for Kettering Town FC, was arrested and charged with a string of violent offences between February 26 and May 17 this year.

The 24-year-old was remanded in custody but will soon be free from his cell pending further hearings and subject to strict bail conditions.

But on Friday, Schlupp - who won the Premier League this year with mighty underdogs Leicester City - handed over a statement from his bank to confirm he had paid the fee to bail Osei-Seribour.

The charges against Osei-Seribour, from Milton Keynes, Bucks., include assault by beating Natalie Lupton, two counts of causing criminal damage, one of causing actual bodily harm and two counts of use of violence to secure entry.

As part of his bail conditions, he was ordered to pay a surety of £5,000.

And dad-of-one Schlupp, whose salary is reported to be a staggering £80,000 a week, kindly surrendered.

Schlupp was seen hurrying from court back to his car as it is believed he had to catch a plane.

The German winger and fullback began his career with the Foxes and has so far made more than 140 appearances for the first team.
