Steaua Bucuresti midfielder Muniru Sulley has taken to the boxing ring to intensify his return to full fitness.
The 23-year-old had a successful surgery last month to correct a facial injury.
Sulley came out worse after an Astra Giurgiu player headed him in the face during a Romanian League Cup semi-final second leg two weeks ago.
He suffered a cheekbone fracture and that ended his season.
Sulley's recovery will be between 3-4 weeks and should be fully fit for the start of the 2016/2017 season.
