Ghana ace Andre Ayew struck his 11th goal of the season and assisted Bafetimbi Gomis as Swansea City hammered West Ham United 4-1 at the Boleyn Ground in the English Premier League on Saturday.

The 26-year-old doubled the lead for the South Welsh side six minutes later when he scored from Stephen Kingsley's left-wing cross.

Ayew then turned the architect as he set up Bafetimbi Gomis who rounded off a comfortable victory in the third minute of stoppage time.

The brilliant strike was Andre's third goal in two games after scoring a brace against Liverpool last weekend at the Liberty Stadium.

His goal was the mark of sheer determination as he got ahead of West Ham keeper Darren Randolph to score Swansea's second goal just after the half-hour.

The assist to Gomis was the third time he has assisted the French international to score at Swansea.

Ayew arrived at South Welsh together with Gomis from the French league and the pair have demonstrated impressive cohesion.
