Hasaacas trainer Yusif Basigi says the new signings of the club will draw the supporters to the stadium during their home games in the upcoming Ghana Premier League.

The Sekondi-based club lost five key players including Samuel Akurugu, Frederick Quayson, Evans Quao, Theophilus Nyame and Tennson Opoku to other Premier clubs. However, on the transfer deadline-day the Western giants surprised many by signing players like former Ghana Premier League top scorer, Eric Bekoe, experienced forward Papa Arko and former U20 World Cup winner Philip Boampong.

The coach of the western giants believes that the capture of those experience players will draw the supporters to the stadium in their home games.

'I'm very sure that the new signings will pull the supporters to the stadium because they are really doing well at training for me.'

'Since I joined Hasaacas, I have never seen scores of fans trekking in to watch the club's training like this season. So I'm hopeful they will pull the fans to the stadium,' Basigi told Ghanasoccernet.com

Hasaacas will open the season with an away clash with Wa All Stars before welcoming debutants Techiman City FC.
