The Starlets will face competition from host Namibia, a team from Germany and another unnamed country during the event.
Ghana beat Germany's Westphalia 4-2 on penalties to win the last edition of the competition in April 2014.
Reports are that the team will leave the country on the 15th, that is four days before the competition starts.
