Ghanaian player Jordan Ayew and his Aston Villa team mates stepped up training on Friday ahead of their home game against Watford on Saturday.
Aston Villa go into the game on the back of a 4-0 drubbing on the road at Everton and have not won a Premier League game in their last 12. Their only win in the league season came on the opening match day when they beat Christian Atsu's AFC Bournemouth by a goal to nil away from home.
Captain of the side, Micah Richards has admonished his side to take responsibilities and realize the situation they are in now. In an interview with The Telegraph, Richards said:
'I'm not going to sugarcoat it, we've got too many nice players and we're too easy to play against.
'Everybody seems to be - I wouldn't say passing the blame - but they don't want to run that extra mile and take responsibility.
