Hearts of Oak silky winger, Isaac Mensah is on the radar of PSL side, Kaizer Chiefs according to reports in South Africa.
Despite Hearts of Oak shambolic display last season, the diminutive winger was one of their best performers as he contributed immensely to help the Phobians survive the 2014/15 league.
According to reports in South Africa, the PSL side have targeted two players namely Ary Papel, of Clube Desportivo 1º de Agosto and Hearts of Oak's teenager, Isaac Mensah.
But the 18 year old Ghanaian will be the first player Kaizer Chief will be snatching ahead of the January transfer window.
"Of the two, the favourite to be snatched as soon as possible would be Mensah. He has been in a rich vein of form for his current club, Hearts of Oak, back home in Ghana, and he could be snapped up in the January transfer window,' a Soccer Laduma source at the club said.
Mensah joined Hearts of Oak three seasons ago from Deportivo FC a colts club based in Ashaiman.
