Sammy Osei Kuffour
Yet-to-be confirmed Asante Kotoko chief, Sammy Osei Kuffour is expected to officially meet with the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at Manhyia today.
According to reports, the ex Bayern Munich man will be in the company of Alhaji Lamine, Dr Kwaku Frimpong (Champion) among others to meet with the Ashanti king.
Indications were that, Kuffuor and his team have already raised an appreciable amount as seed money for the Red Army.
The meeting is supposed to officially unveil Osei Kuffuor as the Club's new head, taking over from Kotoko childhood player and name sake Samuel Opoku Nti.
Even before his unveiling, the former Black Stars central defender has called on all to rally behind him and his team as they strive to restore the club's lost shine.
