The 3rd edition of Ghana’s leading Twitter Football Tournament dubbed “Footie Fiesta” was held on Saturday 19th September 2015 at the Ajax Park in the University of Ghana, Legon.
The football tournament which featured twelve teams, inclusive of some social media connect teams from across many tertiary institutions in Ghana, was a major success as exquisite football skills were displayed by these talents.
Teams that participated include the Yentie Obiaa FC, La Gata FC, Party Poopers FC, Telemo FC, Galamsey FC, Abenkwan FC, Kpakpakpa FC, Riis FC, Okpo FC, Galacticos FC, Teasers FC and the eventual winners FC TONGA.
Jovago.com was largely represented with an exhibition stand where the staff of Jovago Ghana took contact details of invited guests and interacted with guests in order to educate them more on what the platform entailed, its origins and how to make the most out of it. Flyers and special discount cards were also dispersed upon the downloading of the Jovago app on android devices.
Another feature of Jovago.com presence at the Footie Fiesta 3 was the mass education on the download and extensive use of the Jovago.com android app where staff took various guests through the features of the app and the easy accessibility and functionality.
In the end, Jovago.com made a mark as the most outstanding and enterprising stand at Footie Fiesta 3 and the organizers of the event were really happy about the partnership.
