Hearts board member Nyaho Tamakloe has urged Kotoko to accept the disciplinary committee verdict in the landmark ruling which has caused massive uproar in Ghana.

The FA's judicial body upheld a protest lodged by Hearts against their sworn-rivals for the use of striker Obed Owusu during their league clash last month.

The ruling has divided opinions with Kotoko officials threatening to hold the league to ransom if their points are not restored.

They feel they have been handed a raw deal by the disciplinary committee with claims they will head to court to seek redress.

But Hearts board member Nyaho Tamakloe insists the Porcupine Warriors erred and must accept responsibility for their ineptitude.

'It's quite simple. We're dealing with law and it's quite clear. Whatever they do will not hold water,' he told Joy FM.

'The fact that the league was sanctioned by the FA does not mean all competitions are the same. They know it. The Elite Cup has nothing to do with the Premier League.

'They should accept what has happened and move on. ”

Kotoko have sent a strong signal they will make Ghana football 'ungovernable' as they attempt to marshal their over eight millions followers against the FA.
