A bright future in Europe awaits promising Wa All Stars and Black Meteors midfielder, Sadiq Alhassan whose performances in the Ghana Premier League has impressed scouts of Switzerland side, FC Sion.
The young player who has been named in Ghana U-23 national team coach, Malik Jabir's 20-man squad for next month's All Africa Games will soon be on his way to Switzerland to begin trials with the Swiss Super League club who are keen on his services.
The nimble-footed central midfielder has eenjoyed a stellar season with the Upper West Region based team currently 11th in the First Capital Plus Ghana Premier League with two games to go.
Young Alhassan's exploits for All Stars have apparently caught the eyes of scouts of FC Sion who already have on their books another Ghanaian, striker Ebenezer Assifuah who only yesterday was handed a recall into the Black Stars, Ghana's senior national team.
But with Alhassan and the Black Meteors in camp preparing for their opening game against Senegal at the 2015 All African Games on September 6, Allsports.com.gh sources indicate that the player will undergo the FC Sion trials after the 2-week tournament in Congo.
