Jerome Okyere believes the current leadership of Kotoko lacks the competence to take the club to greater heights.
The current board of Asante Kotoko took charge of the club in 2013 and managed to help the club win a double of FA Cup and league titles for the very first time in their history.
However, the league champions have been struggling, having been knocked out of the CAF Champions League and are currently lying 8 on the 16-club Ghana Premier League this season.
The Outspoken Kotoko Express writer, Jerome Okyere has indicated that the bane of his idol club is largely due to the ineffectiveness of the club's leadership.
'Kotoko lacks the leadership to take us to the level we want to attain," Okyere said.
Asante Kotoko will take on New Edubiase at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium on match day 14 of the First Capital Plus Premier League this weekend.
