Elmina Sharks have filed a protest against Windy Professionals FC for failing to produce licenses for three of their players in their GN Bank Division One League match played on 29th March, 2015 at the Winneba Sports College Park.
In its protest, Elmina Sharks stated that Windy Professionals fielded unqualified players in the persons of Nathaniel Badah, Joseph Anang –Aryee and Shaibu Ganiwu contrary to Article 16, 29 and 34(e) of the GFA Regulations.
Sharks are therefore asking to be awarded three points and three goals and for Windy Professionals to be declared as losers of the said match.
They are also asking that Article 34 (5) (a) should apply and 50% of such fines should be given to them.
Windy Professionals will file their statement of defence to the protest before the Disciplinary Committee will begins adjudication.
