King Faisal's application in court seeking a judicial review of a Ghana Football Association Appeals Committee ruling has been thrown out.
A human right court in Accra on Friday morning said King Faisal had an “incompetent application”.
This is the second case the relegated Ghana Premier League club have lost against the Football Association.
On Thursday, a first case against the Ghana Football Association contesting a Disciplinary Committee ruling was squashed.
The judge ruled that the Ghana FA is a private association and not a public body to have its disciplinary committee ruling reviewed.
King Faisal's final case will be heard on 8 December.
The 2014/2015 Ghana Premier League has been delayed by the court case.
