Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, Fred Crentsil says he and his panel were satisfied with the performance of the three candidates interviewed for the Black Stars job.

Michel Pont, ex-Switzerland assistant coach was interviewed on Friday before Juan Ignacio Jimenez and former Chelsea boss Avram Grant took their turn on Saturday.

The interview panel which was comprised of Fred Crentsil, Ben Koufi and Fred Pappoe will forward their report to the Executive Committee today, Monday to go through before a decision on who to succeed Kwesi Appiah is taken.

Crentsil said he and his other colleagues were impressed with the trio.

'We had a fruitful interview with the three coaches and I was particularly impressed with all of them,' Crentsil noted.

'Take note that we are a group so it's not just one man's opinion.

''We will have to meet and take a decision but if the majority do not agree with the performance of all then we might have to cast the net open again.'

Mr. Crentsil also confirmed the FA wrote to Bernd Shuster to appear before the panel for interview-but did not get a reply from him.

''Yeah we contact him pertaining the interview but we are yet to hear from him, I guess we will just make use of the three interviewed."
