Mrs. Ernestina Abrokwah, Chief Executive Officer of Litina Travel and Tours has told the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the 2014 World Cup that Ivan Bruce Cudjoe (CEO) of Travel Matters has refused to pick her calls since returning from Brazil.

Making her testimony on Monday and Tuesday Mrs. Abrokwah revealed to the Commission that Mr. Ivan is yet to pay her a profit of $333,500. The two companies formed a consortium to airlift Ghanaian supporters from Accra to Brazil but Travel Matters has refused to fulfill Litina her share of the profit after execution of the job.

"My lord I traveled to Brazil to do my grounds work and preparation about a year before the Black Stars even booked their qualification because I knew Brazil is a new terrain to most of us and as such we're not going to have things easy," she noted.

"My lord upon my arrival in Brazil I paid a visit to the Ghana High Commission in Brazil to offer me the necessary assistance and my lord I'm very grateful for the professional assistance they offered me because without them I couldn't have chalked my success," she said.

According to Mrs. Abrokwah, Ivan Bruce of Travel Matters felled on her outfit after Litina had secured chattering right over Ethiopian Airlines so they came together with the understanding that the two companies were going to share the profit afterwards.

"My lord after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Travel Matters we decided to advertise in the dailies in other to fill the three aircraft that I had already secured but my lord along the way Ivan called to inform me that I should pause with the advertisement because he's been given 614 passengers by the world cup committee to fly to Brazil so I stopped with the advertisement," she said.

"My lord even in Brazil when we were about to return I had a call from the GFA that the Black Stars and the management were in a kind of a situation so they would be grateful if I could offer them an assistance so I called Ivan to alert him and he said he has also gotten a similar call and because some of the supporters were not returning with us we had enough space to accommodate them on our flight"

"But my lord what surprises me is that I learnt the GFA paid for the travel services we rendered but Mr. Ivan Cudjoe wouldn't even pick my call to explain things to me," she added.

"So how were you able to render such a professional service because your story seem to be different at least with yours we didn't hear of any cracked aircraft windscreen and others," Justice Dzamefe asked.

"My lord like I said earlier I think the Ghana Mission in Brazil were of great help to me because there were a lot of agents in Brazil and if you do not know the system they were always going to dupe you," she said.

"My lord I pray to this Commission that whichever committee get the job in future must do a wider consultation because we have a lot of professionals in the travel and tour industry and I think our missions in abroad could also offer assistance in such times so we must engage them as such," she added.

"Thank you Litina Travel and Tours you did a good job and we are going to make sure that any amount due you would be paid. I don't promise but be rest assured," Justice Dzamefe assured.
