Sacked Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has rejected a Ghana Football Association compensation package of US$ 100,000, according to reports in the local media.
Appiah, who had his two-year contract terminated on Thursday, met officials the next day but he rejected it.
According to reports in the local media, the 54-year-old is demanding reasons for his dismissal and a letter stating he has been released from his duties.
The Ghana FA says both parties will meet next week to conclude talks on Appiah's severance package.
Appiah was two months into his new deal and had led the Black Stars to beat Togo 3-2 in Lome last Wednesday in a 2015 Africa Cup of Nations Group E qualifier.
