Tactics To Sack Coach Kwasi Appiah

The decision by the Ghana Football Association to appoint a Technical Adviser is clear indication that Black Stars Coach Kwasi Appiah will be sacked. The (GFA)has set up a three member committee to select and appoint a technical adviser for the Black Stars means tactics to frustrate Kwasi Appiah to resign or fired.

There is a lot of pressure from the Ministry and the public to sack the coach after a poor show by the Black Stars during the just ended Brazil 2014 World Cup.In 1991 Coach OkoAyi qualified Black Starlets to the FIFA U17 World Cup in Italy but he was sidelined when Coach Otto Pfister was appointed by the GFA as technical director of the team.Currently Ghana has Coach Oti Akenteng as the technical director of the FA so why do we need technical adviser if so then please some can explain to me.

If you look back to what some of the Snr. players misbehaved in Brazil tells you respect was not there for KwasiAppiah as a coach.Ghana have no time to sack a coach and appoint a new one because the 2015 African Cup of Nations is just around the corner so the best is to appoint some one as an interim for the qualifies and if he succeeds to qualifier the team then he will be in charge for the CAN tournament.

In another development if the GFA believe Coach Kwasi Appiah is good and have extended his mandate to another two years why are you appointing technical adviser to your entrusted World Cup Coach.MrKwasiAppiah because they do not want to sack you and pay compensation to you the best way to appoint a technical adviser who will also bring his assistance to frustrate you to step down,so why wait till this happens to you. Mr. Kwasi Appiah if voluntary resign you can still become Black Stars coach again at the right time after achieving additional laurels some where Coahes Claud Le Roy and RenardHerveleft DR Congo and Zambia respectively but both men came back again to coach the two nations.

The decision to set up a committee was taken at the Executive Committee meeting on Monday following a review of the technical direction of the team.

GFA vice-president Fred Crentsil will head the three-man committee, alongside Fred Pappoe and Francis OtiAkenteng.

Black Stars coach KwesiAppiah will also be consulted over the appointment.

The committee will send its report to the Executive Committee next week.Meanwhile an expatriate will be the next man the three men will submit.
