King Faisal at war: Gruzah sends GFA to FIFA over relegation troubles
01.08.2014 LISTEN

Kumasi King Faisal Babies owner, Alhaji Karim Grusah has said he will send the Ghana Football Association to FIFA to defend his claim that his club is not relegated.

The bank roller of the club said he earlier refused to send the case to FIFA because he hoped the FA was competent to handle the case "truthfully" but now, he is ready to spend to go to FIFA.

"I will send the case to CAF, I will send the case to FIFA. I said earlier I wasn't going to FIFA because (I thought) the GFA was competent to force their rules and regulations. so if I said ( the case wasn't) going to FIFA, I wanted it to be handled here. but if they don't want to handle the case truthfully, I have to send it tFIFA; I'm ready to spend to go to FIFA."  he to Happy Fm.

Grusah said FIFA wrote a letter asking them to sit on the case first;

"Fifa wrote a letter that we haven't sat on the case yet, the case must be held at the local level, if the case is not held at the local level, they won't interfere. If we are not satisfied with the FA ruling, they(FIFA) will step in" he continued

The outspoken boss alleged the Aduana were asked to pay some money to avoid relegation.

"I have information in all what they are doing, the legal committee referred the case to the Disciplinary Committee, they sat and said we brought a document that Aduana paid money, they were to pay ¢500.00 and a woman at the Ghana FA said they paid ¢250.00.

"We won't agree today and we won't agree tomorrow"
